Community involvement runs deep for all of us Plum Garden. Our founder and Grandmother Connie Moy always put family and community first and we strive to follow in her footsteps. We are proud to be an active member of our McHenry County Community since 1965. Please fill out our community form and one of our community specialists will contact you.
